On behalf of the primary school administration, we would like to offer you a warm welcome to Global Jaya School Primary School (PS). Our school is centred on our community and culture. Our Primary School consists of students from Kindergarten to Year 6.  We have approximately 300 students attending our primary school. Every classroom consists of a national host teacher, expatriate teachers, junior teachers and/or an assistant teacher. We offer a wide range of specialist classes which consists of Music, Visual Arts, Religion, Physical Education, and Languages. Our school curriculum follows the  Primary Years Programme under the IB Curriculum Framework.

Due to our size, we maintain and incorporate a robust collaborative school culture within our staff and community.  We offer highly qualified school programmes and curriculum, which are collaboratively and comprehensively planned by our experienced teachers, PYP coordinator, and leadership. All primary staff members are knowledgeable and dedicated educators who are committed to offering the best educational experiences for all students. We provide student support via our low teacher-student ratio. Additionally, our Student Support Services team works closely with our classroom teachers to assist students who need additional help.   As we are firm believers in the importance of student agency, we encourage students to use their initiative and encourage them to take responsibility and ownership of their learning.

Primary Schools is proud of our dual language programme, in Bahasa Indonesia and English, which offers students the opportunity to develop, speak, read and write in two languages. Our language programme is rich and diverse, with formal instruction by national host teachers and expatriate teachers. Additionally to our dual language programme, the primary school offers Mandarin as the third language options and Korean as an optional mother tongue support for those whose mother tongue is Korean.

We are also committed to the development of well-rounded students by providing a great variety of After School Activities (ASA), ranging from sports, art, and academic, and other engaging activities. For our students in Kindergarten to Year 2, we offer an Afterschool Care Supervision Programme (ASCP) for families who have children in different year levels and additional pick up times.
